Weight Loss - Putting Yourself First

Sticking to your schedule and the promises you make to yourself to workout also boosts your self-confidence. You are putting yourself first and telling the world that you matter and you are important. It builds a habit. When you have a firm habit in place, such as getting up early each morning to work out, you feel odd if you do not get to "act out" that habit.
