Weight Loss and Alcohol Drinking
I think most people know on some level that drinking alcohol when you are trying to lose weight isn't such a good idea. But you can have an occasional drink some times. In fact there are many experts that note the health benefits of consuming a single drink per day. One normal beer contains around 150 calories. So if you drink more then 1 of theses the calories will start to add up very quickly. And as you probably know, that is very bad for your weight loss. http://bit.ly/ejOHwS
