Stop Trying and Start Doing! Tips on How to Change Your Pear Shaped Body
After talking to lots of pear shaped ladies, both in my classes and those I know outside of my little 'fitness bubble' the more and more I hear them doing the same things over and over again. One lady recently has been doing her current workout programme, (that was meant as a beginners introduction to her gym) for the last 7 months.
